Soles production system

Ultrapur has great experience in the scope of production and implementation of systems for manufacturing of soles.

Our offer includes polyester systems both in summer version of low density and typical winter versions of very high 

resistance to bending in negative temperatures. Moreover, we put emphasis on the abrasiveness factor

which partially defines the longevity of a sole, and thus a finished shoe.

A separate group of products include systems for production of safety footwear manufactured using both pouring and

direct injection methods. Produced soles are resistant to alkalis and acid, oils and petroleum products, so they are suited for the most demanding use conditions.

The system is only slightly foamed and is characterised by a very rigid structure and is perfect for reinforcing elements made of ABS and PMMA.
