Poured systems

Poured systems may be applied to fill in empty spaces with a foam of desired features.

These may include both spaces between walls of a building and between a tank or a pipeline and its housing.

This group also includes systems for production of blocks in moulds. The foam moulds allow for cutting panels, coatings for insulation purposes.

The foam is produced using the pouring method (“in-situ”) using professional processing machines. 

We design and manufacture systems of a wide scope of parameters such as density, flammability, insulation capability.

Open-cell system for attic insulation. Due to the use of cutting edge catalysts, the odour during spraying of the system is not very inconvenient... Flammability class E.

A system created for insulation of foundations. An economic version of a roof system characterised by reduced density and fire resistance with maintenance of high compression strength.

Characterised by a very high rigidity, as well as a very smooth face, which is important when protecting the foam with paint. Due to high content of Solkane 365/227, it is characterised by good insulation properties. It is also resistant to shrinkage, and thus cracking

The system is only slightly foamed and is characterised by a very rigid structure and is perfect for reinforcing elements made of ABS and PMMA.
